Most of what we make is made to order to your size, structure and print. This policy sets out what happens if something is wrong with your order.
Made-to-order goods
Because goods are produced to your specification, and printed items carry your artwork, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or quantity, or errors in artwork or specifications you approved.
Faulty or incorrect goods
We will put right goods that are defective or that do not match the agreed order. Please:
- Inspect the goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note.
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery, giving your order number, a description of the problem and photographs.
- Keep the goods and packaging until we have responded. Do not use or run goods you believe are faulty.
What we will do
Once we have assessed the claim, and if it is valid, we will, at our option, replace the goods, correct the order or credit you. We may ask to collect samples or return the goods for inspection.
Goods damaged in transit
Report transit damage on the day of delivery wherever possible, so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law.
