This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver orders.
Lead times
Lead time depends on the product, print and quantity. We confirm an estimated lead time on your quote and order confirmation. Lead times start once the order, any required deposit and, for printed orders, your approved artwork are in place.
Delivery
- We deliver to the address given on your order, using our own transport or a courier or transporter.
- Delivery costs are quoted per order, based on the destination and the size and weight of the load.
- Collection from our premises can be arranged by agreement.
Delivery times
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, strikes, weather or supplier shortages. We will keep you informed of any delay we are aware of.
On receipt
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the goods.
- Check the quantity and condition against the delivery note and note any shortage or damage before signing.

Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection if you collect. Ownership passes to you once the goods are paid for in full.
Quantity tolerance
Because of the nature of film and printing production, delivered quantities may vary slightly from the quantity ordered. This is normal for the industry and any variation is invoiced as delivered.
