QT Flexibles (Pty) Ltd is a responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains how we apply POPIA to the personal information of our customers, suppliers and website visitors.

- Security safeguards: we protect information with reasonable technical and organisational measures and tell the Information Regulator and affected persons if there is a breach, as POPIA requires.
- Data subject participation: you may access and correct your information.
Your rights
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive or unlawfully obtained.
- Object to the processing of your information.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
